- Must Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Check.
- Must be Organized and Very Detailed Oriented.

- Will need experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Documentation review and training of staff members and Direct Support Professionals.
- Serve clients following the policies and procedures of the NASW Code of Ethics.
- Prepare a report for each client and summarize progress activities for the team.
- Will be required to attend team meetings while maintaining an appropriate caseload of clients.
- Maintain an appropriate therapeutic relationship with clientele.
- Conduct mental health assessment of client, in a clinical or home setting.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
